Pain Relief Tip #1

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to my Conquer Your Pain Formula site.  Along with all of the other great information you will get here, I will include Tips on how to reduce and eliminate your pain on a daily basis.  My information is based on my experiences dealing with chronic pain resulting from a serious car accident.  I developed strategies to conquer my chronic pain and now I live a PAIN-FREE life.

Pain Relief Tip #1:

Realize that whatever state of pain, stress or anxiety you are presently in, that you are in more control of your current situation than you realize.

Take a moment right now.  If you have sought out the information on my site, you may find that most likely you are predominantly focusing on all of the negative aspects of your current situation.  Your Pain, your current level of stress…  The questions:

“Why am I always in pain?”

“Why does this happen to me?”

“I always hurt!”

or “Who is going to help me?”

Well Tip #1 is:

Help Yourself

You are the most important aspect of you becoming pain-free.  It isn’t any magical treatment.

Practice focusing on BEING WELL instead of being in PAIN.  Your brain will give you more of what you focus on.  If you focus on pain and all of the negative aspects of your current situation, your brain will continue to focus on those tings.

If you FOCUS on BEING WELL,  your brain will focus on BEING WELL.

Try it, it works.  But it takes practice.
