How To Focus On Solutions For Success
Your ability to achieve progress and success having to do with your wellness or just about anything else in life is directly related to where you put your focus.

“Focus On What You Want, Not On What You Don’t Want”.
The challenge is, is that it’s very easy to focus on the negative aspects of our life, on all of our problems. On all of the pain that we have, whether it’s psychological or physical. We’ve all been there.
We say things in our head and out loud like, “Why is this happening to me?
Why can’t I find a job?
The problem with my job, now, is this or that?
Or I’m so busy. I can’t get anything done. Why is it that I can’t get the things done that I need to during my day?
Or Why do we fight so much?
It’s questions like these, where we focus on the negative, that it’s a challenge to break this cycle. You see your brain gives you whatever you focus on most during your day. So if you focus on pain and problems, your brain will continue to focus on pain and problems.
Your brain will focus on answering all of the negative questions you ask it and all of the reasons why your negative mindset is correct, and it will perpetuate a negative cycle.
I call this “The Negative Mindset Loop”.
So when you ask the question, “Why is this happening to me?; Your brain will give you reasons why this is happening to you. Your brain will say, …”Well, this is happening to you because of this, this, and this reason”. Or if you ask your brain, why can’t I lose weight? Your brain will say, you’re not losing weight because you’re not exercising. You’re not eating right. You’re not sleeping right.
All of these questions. So your brain continues to focus on the answers and answering your negative questions. So if you look at the questions I just gave as examples for why is this happening to me? Your brain will actually answer you inside your head and say, this is happening to you because of X, Y, and Z, or why am I in so much pain, your brain will answer you inside your head and say, you’re in so much pain because the doctor said, you have a bad back, or you have this diagnosis, or you’re not exercising, or you’re focusing on pain, So I’m going to give you more pain.
Or… why are we fighting all the time? So your brain will answer again and focus on the reasons why you’re fighting all the time. Well, she said this, or he said that, and she continues to do this. And it’s not my fault because they’re doing that.
So your brain keeps perpetuating that negative cycle or that negative mindset loop and around and around you go.
So if you’re currently stuck there, now, it can be a hard cycle to break. So how do we do it? How do we break this cycle? This negative mindset loop?
Well, the answer is in the title of this video, Focus On Solutions For Success.
You see in a negative cycle, negative focus, perpetuates a negative mindset and a negative mindset gives you negative results.
Now let’s turn that around. A positive focus, perpetuates a positive mindset and a positive mindset will get you positive results.
So how does it work from there?
Well, it’s about reframing your thoughts to focus on the positive, to focus on solutions instead of problems, you have challenges that you will overcome.
You see the key to success is focusing on what you want instead of what you don’t want, focus on solutions to challenges.
So to look at it another way, if you want to get better answers from the brain, learn to ask your brain better questions.
Instead of asking why can’t I find a job, ask what can I do to find a job?
So instead of asking, why did this happened to me? Say, this happened to me. How can I improve from this situation? Or what can I learn from this opportunity.
Instead of asking, why am I in so much pain, ask, how can I improve my health and wellness? Then your brain will start to focus on solutions to that challenge and will start to focus on what do I need to do to improve my health and wellness.
But if you focus on pain and problems, What will your brain give you more of? Your brain will give you more pain and problems.
But if I focus on a challenge and the solutions to that challenge, your brain will start to go to work on the solutions to that challenge.
So remember if you ask your brain, why me, or why is this happening to me? Or why am I in so much pain? Your brain will continue to focus on the answers to those negative questions.
So instead… focus on the solutions to your challenges, to get the success you want.
