How To Reset Your Mindset & Get Back Your Motivation
I’m out in Littleton, Colorado, um, uh, out for my nephew’s wedding and it’s great to be here.
I’m out for a morning hike and, you know, whenever I’m out in nature, lt gives me a chance to reset, refocus and re-motivate myself.
I thought I’d do a message on how to reset your mindset and, and get your motivation back.
I know in this last year and a half, it’s been a challenging time for a lot of people and, it’s easy to understand that everybody can feel stressed, overwhelmed, lack of control, and a loss of motivation.
It’s also understandable that it’s easy to get stuck in this cycle and stay in this cycle. I find for myself, I often need to reset my mindset.
Reset Your Mindset
When your feeling stressed and overwhelmed really comes back to your mindset. It starts with your mindset. And so we need to reset our mindset.
Refocus and get the motivation back and for lack of a better term, get our mojo back. And so how do you do that?
Get Your Mojo Back
What I’ve found is I need Mindset Reset Triggers.
Things that can help you get back to your normal state of mind; your normal focused motivation, and get back on track.
Some of those reset triggers that I use are: meditation, breathing exercises, getting out and exercising, whether you’re in a beautiful setting and you can get out and take a hike.
Or if hiking’s not your thing, what about going for a walk, or getting to the gym and exercising.
All of these things will help you get refocused.
But one of my best reset triggers is to sit down and set your goals and to plan out how are you going to reach your goals?
Because very often when we get stuck in this negative cycle and your mind gets stuck in this negative cycle, we lose sight of what our goals are and we lose our motivation. And our motivation is that incentive, that internal desire to reach the goals that we want.
And if you haven’t set goals, and this is the time to sit down and decide what you want to be, do, and have in your life and figure out how you’re going to make that happen.
So, I just wanted to leave you with this message.
If you’re having a tough time recently and you’ve had a situation where you think that you’re having trouble with your mindset, losing your motivation, lack of focus, stressed, overwhelmed…
reset your mindset, refocus and get that motivation back so you can reach the goals that you want for yourself.
Be Positive, Be Motivated, Be Focused and Be Well,
Have a great day.
