The #1 Tip To Turbocharge Your Life…And Make Progress
So, how do you move forward in life?
How do you make progress when nothing seems to be working?
How do you turbocharge your life and make the progress you’re looking for, and to help yourself unleash the potential that you have inside you?
So let’s talk about it
Again. How do you turbocharge your life, unlock the power you have inside and to make real progress when you’ve always been limited before?
Well, the number one tip I could give you is to…
Believe In Yourself.
Now, I know it sounds pie in the sky and ethereal, but it’s true.
You see, so many people have self-limiting beliefs and insecurities that stop them from moving forward or prevent them from even taking the first step in certain areas of your life.
You can develop these self-limiting beliefs for different reasons. Your childhood, traumatic events, past toxic relationships, or present relationships; for whatever the reason.
You say things to yourself like…
- Not me. I couldn’t do that.
- I’d never be successful in that area.
- I can’t.
- I could never,
- I’m an anxious person.
- I’ve always been nervous.
- It’s too risky.
- I never win.
Sound familiar?
So many of us have said these things to ourselves at different areas of our life and at different times in our lives.
It’s normal.
And you see what’s happening, is you have unknowingly labeled yourself with a negative belief system, and it becomes self-sabotaging.
And over time, you have told your brain repeatedly, all of the reasons why you don’t believe that you can be successful in this area of your life.
Whether it’s relationship, work, health and wellness, whatever it is. And so you start off not believing that you could be successful in this area in your life. And so you’re not.
And you see, there’s what I call The Mindset Loop. It’s a neutral loop. It can be positive or negative. And the mindset loop starts with your thoughts and your beliefs about yourself and your thoughts and beliefs about yourself, lead to actions and your actions done repetitively. Are your habits and your habits done repetitively are the results that you get in your life.
And so if you start off with a negative belief system about any area of your life, this will lead to negative actions and therefore will lead to negative habits and negative results.
And until you can change your belief system; until you can change and have a positive belief in yourself that you can attain success in this area of your life, then you won’t see progress.
But when you do, when you can change that belief system and know that you could succeed in an area, this will lead to positive actions. And positive actions done repetitively will lead to the positive habits that will get you the results you want in that area of your life. And this will lead to a positive mindset loop that gives you positive results in life.
So what you need to do to unlock the power and a potential that you have inside you is to reboot or reframe the belief that you have in yourself.
We want to reset your mindset to start believing in yourself.
We want to change the narrative inside your head. We want to change the narrative of your beliefs in yourself to the positive.
So how do you do this?
So, first is the knowledge that you have 100% control over your thoughts and your actions.
And, as per my mindset loop, if you change your beliefs and your thoughts about yourself, this changes your mindset. And this will lead to positive actions.
You have to start to reframe your mindset.
So how do you do that?
You need to train yourself over time to start believing in yourself.
Instead of…
- “Not me.” How about, “why not me?”
- How about instead of,
- “I couldn’t do that.” …
- I can do that.
- I am good enough.
- People like me do succeed.
- I can.
- I will.
- I succeed.
- I take action.
- I set goals.
- I do win. I can win. I will win.
- I’m calm and
- I’m in control.
And remember, this is not a one time thing.
It took a lot of time and a lot of years to create this self-limiting belief system. And so it’s going to take practice and it’s going to be over and over again of drilling into your own head all of the positive beliefs about yourself.
You’re undoing years of repetitive thoughts about yourselves in a negative. So you have to remind yourself all the time, focusing on your mindset to be positive, to develop what I call a Positive, Proactive Mindset, to continue working on it, to set up that positive belief in yourself, to know that you can accomplish things, and that you will focus on the actions that are necessary to make it happen.
And to believe that you can succeed at it. It takes time, but it’s so worth it.
Here’s a couple of quotes to help you.
Caroline Goshen said,
“Believe in yourself. You are enough.”
Norman Vincent Peale said,
“Believe in yourself. Have faith in your abilities. Without a humble and reasonable confidence in your own powers, you cannot be successful or happy.”
Jonas Kinse said,
“Belief proceeds success.”
And I’ll leave you one from me.
“Believe in yourself and you will unleash your potential and unlock the power that lies within you.” ~Mark Marino
So remember, keep working at it. Keep focusing on your positive mindset and believe in yourself, and you’ll see huge differences in your life.
I hope this onformation helped you out
